Editing a plan for Enviro Business

Project Description

I need a writer that can help me edit and post a document on Wordpress or a similiar platform. I want the document to be like a wikipedia article that interested people can add comments (comments wouldn't go live until OK'd by me).

I need advice on voice recognition programs that will make speed up the writing process.

Business experience and environmental awareness a plus. Telecommuting is possible. Please send your resume.
