Project Description
Hi,
I need an awesome editor to take my work to the next level.
I finished my manuscript, 65, 500 words, and need an excellent editor. It will be under the non-fiction self-improvement genre. Except I want to revolutionize the industry, which can often stogy and disappointing.
YOU MUST:
Have Windows 2003 or higher
Have access to the internet
MUST be a native English speaker
Worked on non-fiction before
Please send a link to your writing samples as well as your recent work. Published work is even better.
Your writing and editing style should be professional, yet conversational. Like Google. Please make sure to add any information you feel I should know i.e. how many projects you're currently working on, what projects you have done in the past, would you be open to signing a NDA and so on. :)
Above all, I would like to find an editor that is fearless and innovative. With that said, this means everything to me and this is my dream.
Questions to answer:
What is the difference between they're, there and their?
Do you think the self-help industry can be reinvented?
How soon can you start?
Are you easily reachable?
Do you set up weekly, monthly meetings with clients?
How long do you think editing my work will take?
How long does your average edit take for a manuscript this size?
How many other projects are you currently working on?
Would you be opposed to signing a NDA before we started to protect both of us?
I have a statement of work if we decide to do business, would you have one as well?
What would you be doing if you were not an editor?
Deliverables
