Project Description
I have a streaming music website built on WordPress and I need someone to integrate a pop-up music player (built or pub domain) . The player must handle a Shoutcast v1 stream. 128 kbps listen.pls stream. Stream is created using SAM Broadcaster 4.9.6 with MySql 5.5.23 for playout and then fed as input to hosted Shoutcast server.
Site is a landing page only for now, built on WP 3.3.2. Pop up Player should display currently playing song title, artist and album w album art. UX is user clicks on player, player auto launches in pop-up window, with no need for any further intervention by user. As indicated, site is now landing page only, so there is also potential for follow-on dev work. This posting is only for getting the player installed and working. PLayer must work on both Win and Apple systems.
Deliverables
A working, installed popo-up music player that plays my Shoutcast stream with a single click. Also displays song, artits and album w album art for each currently playing song
