Dynamic locally based Minneapolis/St. Paul client is looking for PHP developers for project work ON SITE. Required and preferred skills are listed below. Developers with creativity and capacity to work in an energetic, collaborative environment will be a great fit for this role.

Required Technical Skills ·
PHP 5
PHP OOP
Database skills - MySQL
CMS Experience (Drupal, Wordpress, Joomla, ExpressionEngine, etc.)
Version Control System (git, bazaar, svn, cvs, mercurial, etc.)
HTML/CSS
Worked with and/or created a web API in any language
Familiar with JSON/XML Preferred Technical Skills
Some flavor of NoSQL (SimpleDB, MongoDB, CouchDB, etc.)
JavaScript
jQuery
Distributed Version Control Systems (git, mercurial, bazaar)
Created a web API in PHP
Comfortable with the Linux command line interface

General Experience

Experience using design patterns, frameworks and software development best practices
Knowledge of security risks and solutions in web application development
Experience with client/server relational databases and reporting tools
Experience gathering requirements and writing supporting documentation
Understanding of the software development lifecycle
Strong communication skills
Problem solving and analytical skills


Location: Edina, MN
Compensation: $30-$40 (MUST BE LOCAL - WORK DONE ONSITE)
