Develop an image gallery in PHP similar to http://tutorialzine.com/2009/11/hovering-gallery-css3-jquery/
With the additional features: images will be submitted by site visitors and details from form submissions will be stored in a simple database.
The gallery is not currently required to be iPad compatible, but this may be requested by the client.
