A Finnish immigrant organization seeks quotation no later then 19.07.2012 for the creation of professional "interactive tailored made web page"
Brief Webpage Concept
The webpage aims first and foremost to improve the participation of immigrants and their organizations to political activities, especially in the coming Finnish municipal elections 2012. During the project, training and opportunities for networking will be arranged for immigrant actors.
Therefore, we are seeking to build an webpage for SOLID project called ”iCount”. The aim should be to have extremely interactive webpage to improve the user experience and usability, which would lead to the increase in numbers of people getting involved in the municipal elections 2012.
A dynamic, informative, clean and professional design with easy administrative updatability page should be created. The overall page will have an elegant multiple interface. It will have simple and impactful language interface for the convenience of its users.
We except your quotation proposal will consist of at least
Complete ability to handle from start such as designing layout to sever detail, domain registration, CMS, database MySQL etc till the end. Programming platform that you will use. Portfolio of your past web page production if possible.
The page should be coded and programmed in a manner that can be used for several other future advocacy projects for long run. Simply put, contents should be changeable to tailor match future projects.
PHP based programming that can be used with open source web design software such as webEdition, WordPress, Joomla etc.
Should have possibility to have max 40 individuals to interact whiten the page and post their updates easily such as text, video, documents etc easily. Also have its own section for uploading training documents and follow ups that can be accessed by max 40 individuals. Manual for using these service included.
Social media such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube integrated system.
Possibility to have polls, comments, discussions.
We expect your proposal includes ”The Dummy Sample Pages” as to see what page would look like and how you understand of the concept.
We expect the page should be completed by 31.07.2012. If not, at least partly usable by 31.07. 2012 and 80% completed. Rest can be completed by first week of August latest.
