Immediately after hiring
I have a sql database from Kluwer software with data from my customers. I need a program that can take this data to make checklist for accounting purposes. This program need to transfer this data into checklists with a check and date so I follow which customer is done and this for different kind of lists (fixed list : vat, tax refund, ...).There should also be reminders and printing list which show what is done and what is open.
It should also be possible to produce documents for example : a proxy. This is a fixed document with datafields. I should be able to select a customer so I can make such a document.
Later on, when working there should be more extentions/modules like e-mail integration.
Esay to use software which works efficient.
