Document Creation with Web Wizard

Project Description

I would like to create a website that users log into. Registered users must be able to answer a series of questions ( a report builder wizard) and based on their responses it must be able to build a report based on their answers.

The report must be a professional looking document. The user must be able to select a .PDF and/or Word report that is then emailed to them or available for print right from the web.

They must be able to upload a logo to add to the document and also input company name etc. into the header and footer that gets printed on the final document.

The wizard must be able to pickup wherever the user stopped or go backwards and forwards until the wizard is completed.

Deliverables

A website (most likely based on opensourse CMS like drupal) that users can login to answer questions by clicking through a wizard and then having a report created in PDF or Word.

Must be simple, clean and elegant design like hiretheworld site.
