Looking for a developer to help me with a simple script for Windows Media Encoder or a small custom application that will record low bit audio (8kbits) to hard disk.
Program/script needs to record 24 hours a day 7 days a week but changing output file name once an hour.
This is to record an on air broadcast and I need to have the files segmented on the hour.
Deliverables
Deliverable would be a script or small program that records and puts the hour segmented files in a directory for later archival.
Audio format can be mono wav file at 8kbits or whatever is simplest.
