I need someone that can program animated ecards that I can offer for free from a business website. I would also like it to be a template. If the first one is successful, then more would be needed.
Deliverables
Fully deliverable eCard. Similar to how in jibjab.com you can make a personalized ecard and mail it to your friends with your photo in it.
I will provide artwork.
