Hire the World's Best Adobe Photoshop Designers

I am looking to hire someone to design 10 different photoshop files that incorporate a baby's first birthday.
I need these sent back to me in psd so that I can edit them when needed.
I would also need a list of the fonts used or if possible have them emailed to me.
I can send on an example of a design that should give you an idea as to what I need.

I am looking for someone to design me a business card. I work for HomeLife Reality. I will provide with logos that I need on the card. I want the card to be designed back and front.

I have attached some pictures of what I'm interested in. However, I'm open to your ideas and thoughts. I want it to be unique/modern/one of a kind and professional. I would also like to have some parts of the business card to be punched out/cut out (see attached files)

I will work with you to answer any questions you may have prior to beginning the project. You may use any program you wish to design the business card as long as the final product is a Photoshop format.

My budget is flexible. If you have previous experience in making business cards, and I can see you other work. I am willing to pay more.

We have purchased a WordPress Template and have installed it to our cPanel web hosting account. We have also filled it up with our content. What we need is to customize it in some areas and make it look more unique/eye catchy. We are looking for an individual that we can speak to over the phone to give the proper directions and then communicate through here to complete the project.
