I'm a seasoned online content manager and digital producer who possesses over 8 years of experience optimizing website content and managing online freelancers and producers.
Most recently, I worked at Travelzoo Canada in an advertising campaign management role with major clients such as KLM, Air France and G Adventures. Accompanying sales executives on sales meetings, I helped identify clients' needs in order to maximize ROI. As a producer, I also worked on creating effective copy for Travelzoo’s various e-mail products and website.
I've also spent three years as a bilingual online editor at Microsoft Canada where I managed the content and user interface for the MSN Messenger product and the homepage. Using Omniture tracking, I optimized online content hourly to generate maximum revenue for major clients such as Ford Canada and L'Oreal.
During my time at Microsoft, I also used my Photoshop and online production skills daily by creating images and headline treatments destined for the MSN.ca homepage and MSN Messenger.
I'm also the founder of Culture Shox Media. My company publishes several popular cultural and e-commerce websites. Current clients include Cossette Communications and TD Bank. I created every single site myself using the Joomla content management system as well as Dreamweaver CS5. I'm skilled at customizing HTML, PHP and CSS code.
