Project Description

We are a clothing reseller company based in London starting to sell online and intending to expand and diversify our offer and suppliers base. We intend to outsource most of the work required for our expansion. We have recently attended the biggest fashion show in London with hundreds of wholesalers and collected their details. For our first project, we need a person to professionally represent our company and call them in order to get catalogues, company policies and requirements information and account forms sent through to our email. Payment will be based on the number of the answers received.

Your responsibilities:
- Outbound calling to vendors; represent our company with professionalism
- Record the conversation results in Word
- Get catalogues, companies policies and requirements information and account forms sent through to our email
- Use our company number to make phone calls through a very easy to use voip system; full instructions will be provided

Your qualifications:
- Strong communications skills and attention to detail are very important
- Persuasiveness and professionalism in conversation with the vendors
- Administrative assistant/telephone receptionist/clothing industry experience preferred
- British accent preferred
- Broadband Internet connection
