Do you love the advertising/media industry? Would you like to work for a DYNAMIC Advertising Media Company where even past employees have said, "I miss working for you"? Well now you may have the chance! We are looking to hire an outgoing, personable, positivity- is- my- middle- name individual who will act as our Advertising Communications Associate. This role falls right in between an administrative assistant and a salesperson.
The ideal person will be very good at research, organization, making calls and getting to the decision maker as our team will depend on you to get them in the door with agencies and clients. You will be required to have your PULSE on the industry and to know what accounts are handled at which agency, who handles the account, and the correct name and contact information of key advertisers. Your initial targets will be the top 25 digital media buying agencies. However you will also work on direct accounts as well. You will also send out our media kit in an effort to make sure our agency and client contacts are up to date on our capabilities.
An interest in the advertising industry
Must have great writing skills and phone manners. Persuasiveness is a PLUS
Great organizational skills and have the ability to work independently
Attention to detail is very important as the database must be accurate
An outgoing and positive personally will make your job easier!
Must be okay with heavy phone calls (must have an unlimited calls cell phone plan)
Savvy research skills. . .must know how to use the online and social media outlets (twitter, FB, Google+, etc.) to get the information you need.

IMPORTANT: The compensation for this job is a flat rate per meeting scheduled + commission on the first sales secured by our sales staff as a result of your efforts.
