First impressions on our logo should be
That they get excited about this event and know that they need to attend it (and tell everyone else about it too)
We want this in our logo
- incorporate wedding related items i.e. veil, champagne flutes, ring pillow, garter, etc.
- preference that background is black but open to ideas
Additional comments for the designers
I've uploaded 2 files. The first one includes the previous logo that we have been using.
We felt it was a little dated, so we decided to have another one created. (that is the second file).
We liked this at first but now that we've seen it in print, we don't love it.
We DO LIKE, the text "bridal swap"
But we DON'T LIKE the wedding dress image (doesn't mean our new logo shouldn't include a dress), OR the fact that it's on a white background (vs. our first logo). It seems to pop way more on the black. Plus our website http://www.bridalswap.ca is on black and we like that. (open to ideas)
I'd also like to see some wedding items incorporated (veil, champagne flutes, ring pillow etc.)
