Target Audience

Homeowners... We are trying to "re-brand" using "OTC" for yard signs, trucks etc... we also have another company "OTE" which is the excavating... We are still deciding between staying with Blue/White colors or switching to Black & Yellow (so far, I believe the black/yellow will win).
