Metchosin Bay is a place. A new, sustainable town being developed on southern Vancouver Island, BC Canada

Target Audience

Primarily boomers but also young families and retirees. In addition, as a town development, we are seeking to attract businesses who will service the town and draw visitors.

First impressions on our logo should be

Evoke a feeling of a special place, a desirable place to live, visit or open a business. A new,beautiful, sustainable, south facing town on Vancouver Island.

We want this in our logo

Graphic/artistic image. We are on an island studded, sloped, rocky coastline with gorgeous sunrises, sunsets, kayaking, fishing. The town will overlook this.

A competitor has done a beautiful logo - while we love it, we can't be too much like it either. http://www.sookepoint.com. Our previous development logo was beautiful - google "loreto bay logo"
