Crowdtourney.com is going through a brand identity reformation! All the services offered by Crowdtourney.com, including Designtourney.com, will all be under the heading, Hiretheworld.com.
We are unique
We will be the first company to run a freelance and crowdsource engine.
We are a world wide company that helps small to medium sized business easily connect to thousands of employees all over the world. We want our logo to be clean,
When Hiretheworld is completed (end of 2010) you will be able to hire either an individual (under our freelance engine, similar to Odesk and Elance) or a diffuse crowd as our customers already do on Designtourney.com. We are also building a design store where our designers can put up their original designs and sell them under exclusive or non-exclusive contracts. Our company is focusing on entrepreneurs, start-up businesses and small to medium sized enterprises. We serve companies that need to focus on their core competencies and therefore require our services to help them deal with a wide variety of tasks that fall outside of their realm of expertise or interest.
What our logo should communicate
We are a world wide company that helps small to medium sized business easily connect to thousands of employees all over the world. We want our logo to be clean, simple and possibly fun.
Grow your business
First impressions on our logo should be
clean, easy to read, clear, connecting people, worldly, PROFESSIONAL!!!
We want this in our logo
These are possibilities and are not at all required:
Also the tagline doesn't need to be in the logo. You can try your submissions with or without the tagline.
Additional comments for the designers
we know this is only $200... please note we are still a young organization that is entirely staffed by volunteers. We are working on funding and hoping to put up a really great prize for future contests...
Thanks again for all your hard work to date, we are working hard to grow this organization.
Styles we are interested in:
Abstract marks use a single shape or symbol to represent a brand or product. Their genius is their
simplicity as customers recognize abstract logos at a single glance.
Character logos often use fun, memorable mascots to represent a brand. College sports teams and
businesses use this type of branding to establish a more personable relationship between their customer and their brand.
A word mark consists of the company's name in a stylized type.
What values should our logo communicate
