This company is one of our small group of 4 innovative Canadian based Food and Food Ingredients manufacturers. It is a family business with a 60 year history. This company (Sandel Foods) is a recent acquisition.

Target Audience
This will be an internal message and logo targeting employees and will be the graphic depiction for an initiative that focuses on getting employees engaged in the company's business. The slogan chosen will be "Feeling Valued; Adding Value".
What our logo should communicate
The logo should communicate a sense of identity for employees as they seek to find ways to contribute to the company (Adding value) and to the company's goal of giving employees opportunities to feel valued for what they do.

Yes. Our other company's logos and the parent company logo is built around tangram puzzle pieces (see uploaded logos for information)
I would like to see a tangram option with the same colour schemes in the submissions.
Additional comments for the designers
It needs to be easily understood and appeal to front line production workers . It should speak to the fact we manufacture quality food products and that it appeals to our needs of employees to be detailed and precise in what they do.
The logo should be stylized and contain the wording of the slogan in a creative but understandable way
