We want this in our logo

we would like the whole logo to appear to be made of water such that it can later be animated into a 3D stereo logo where water pours down and forms the 3flow logo.

alternatively the logo can be made of air bubbles underwater

Additional comments for the designers

ideally it should be on a black background and appear to be on a black surface so that there are shadows and reflections on the black surface enhancing the 3D nature of the logo. The appearance of motion and 3D is crucial.
