I have my own photography business. At the moment I am the sole employee, though this could change in the future. I shoot all sorts of photography, from night clubs to portraits to artsy.

I am a 22 year old and I love travelling. I am the type of person that is willing to drop everything and move across the world. I have lived in many places and have a positive attitude. I am different because I am laid back...I am a person first, photographer second. Too often I hear that photographers people work with are hard to relate to on a social level, creating a less than fun interaction.

The target audience is somewhat broad, but in general it would be the 18-35 range. My target audience would be potential models or modeling agencies, as well as a broader audience that has an appreciation for photography of all types.
What our logo should communicate
I want my logo to communicate classiness mixed with fun. I am from the beach, so that aspect may be incorporated possibly, though I may become international, so it should be an internationally recognizable design. Most importantly, I want people to see my logo and want to work with me as a photographer without even needing to see my photos. I want there to be a strong reaction to it, for it to be remembered and recognized.

No, not necessarily. As mentioned earlier, themes from the beach may be incorporated, but BY NO MEANS is this a requirement, and I would definitely like to see many entries that DO NOT touch this subject, as well as some that do.
Additional comments for the designers
I have been involved in many aspects of design myself, from web design to brand identity, so I have a keen eye for what is quality and timeless. The only reason I am not designing this myself is because I am at a total loss! I have a hard time pleasing myself with my own designs.
