Our organization, the Ampri Group, develops new homes, hotels and office buildings. The AIGC is a commercial development planned for the City Centre Area of Richmond, British Columbia, Canada. The development consists of three high-rise buildings close to the newly constructed Canada Line and Vancouver International Airport (YVR). The AIGC, along with other mega developments proposed for the city, will assist in establishing Vancouver as North America’s Gateway to the Pacific. The project includes two hotels and an office building. The project consists of two hotels side by side (11 floors in height) and an office building behind (12 floors high) creating a triangle of buildings. The development is close to a major highway leading to downtown Vancouver.
We are unique
The Ampri Group is a family owned and operated portfolio of companies. My family has developed over 450 homes in the City of Richmond since coming to Canada from India in 1980. Our family supports the community through philanthropic and volunteering efforts. Our primary focus is health, supporting the local hospital financially as well as sitting on various committees. Another focus is supporting education locally (SFU) and Internationally (in India). We were also industry leaders in energy efficient housing and public art commissions. The AIGC development will carry our values for community as well as our commitment to quality in providing three building the entire City can be proud of.

What our logo should communicate
The logo must assist in giving the multi-use development an identity...three buildings developed as a point of interest, serving the needs of international travelers and businesses. The Ampri Brand should be equated with commerical buildings now, not just residential construction as it has in the past.
First impressions on our logo should be

Additional comments for the designers
Please play with colors. Although we may not ultimately select a bright colored logo, light, bright and fresh colors may work well to communicate that this is something new and exciting.
