Website Designer, Graphics Artist, and Logo Designer Needed

Project Description

I run a tutoring business where I specialize in standardized testing for students (SAT/PSAT/ACT aka College Admission exams).

What My Vision Is for the Website:

The Website must provide
1) basic information to prospective clients
2) provide resource information for current clients
3) For the most part the information on this pages can be static

I do need a dynamic portion for my website which is why I am leaning toward a CMS platform. This allows students to login to courses and is built for the academic CMS experience for the student.

So basically I would like to have a static portion of my website where they can get basic information, but where I can also login through maybe a php back system to post news stories and stuff. And then I would like for prospective clients to be able to register and pay for a course/login to their prospective course using moodle or any other easier platform

Deliverables

1) very functional registration and possible online bill pay
2) clean aesthetic static front end
