I need someones help to design a real cool, edgy, fun, mailer. Someone with creative writing skills and fresh/simple design ideas.

I am a new Realtor hosting a Real Estate Seminar to educate the general public on how to get ahead and make money playing the Vancouver Real Estate Market. This seminar is for Buyers, Sellers, Investors and Flippers.

It is on April 26th from 6:30 to 8:30pm. It will be a wine and cheese evening event. I am having my team of experts speak.

I have already had the postcard/invitation designed. I really don't like...it says nothing about me or my fun personality; it is too corporate. I like the front with my logo and the word "invitation" but I don't like the backside...just too stuffy. Here are some details:
