Complete Marketing Package for Innovative Graphic Designer

Project Description

I am launching a start up business which offers urban music and entertainment that promotes themes of social justice and personal empowerment. I'll need a logo that speaks to this, a folded business card, a web banner, a background image for the website/twitter page, and a 2 sided 4x6 flyer.

Also, the first product the business is launching is a production offered to colleges and universities. For this production I will need a 5-10 page website, a logo, a web banner for facebook & email blasts, a twitter page background, and an informational brochure/booklet/folder. I'll also need a t-shirt, and a CD cover designed.

I'm looking for the designer to help me communicate through design the vision and mission of the business and the production. The designer will also need to educate me about the best and most cost efficient way to to achieve the goals I'm looking to accomplish, as I'm a business person, not a designer.
